Hot Air oven

1. Triple walled chamber with the outer and intermediate wall made up of GI sheet and finished by powder coating.
2. Three (3”) inches of heat insulation wool is filled in between the outer and inner wall.
3. The inner chamber is made up of polished Stainless steel Sheet including the door walls.
4. The “U” type air heaters (UK  make)  are fixed on the side wall of the chamber with its working temp up to 250°C, ±1°C  accuracy.
5. An air circulation fan is fixed in the chamber for maintaining uniform heat in the inner chamber.
6. The temperature is controlled by Digital temperature PID controller.
7. The control panel contains PID Temperature controller, indicating lamps, contactor output, safety fuse, main ON/OFF, fan motor ON/OFF switch, Digital timer.

8. 3000 watts/220V Ac single phase
9. Stainless steel perorated Tray 2Nos will be provided along with the oven.
