Humidity chamber is a double walled chamber with the inner wall made up of SS 304 stainless steel including door wall & the outer wall is also made up of Stainless steel. The heat insulation is filled in between the inner and the outer wall. The inner chamber contains 45mm depth water bath connected with reservoir by water level controller and it is heated by electrical immersion type heater to maintain 100% RH±3% and 25 to 50°C temp. An air circulation fan is used to maintain uniform temp. and relative humidity in all sides. Other accessories are digital RH indicator, digital timer and temperature controller, etc., Air circulation fan with two blade 150mm dia, 25mm width and 1440 rpm / 230V are also provided. Strip chart recorder  2 channel  with RS485 communication, System process  42 to 48°C and 48 to 42°C within 45 minutes No. of cycles depending up on the customer requirement.
